L3Harris Announces Completion of PDR for Company’s Tranche 2, Tracking Layer Satellites

​L3Harris Technologies [LHX] said on Tuesday that it had finished Preliminary Design Review (PDR) to develop 18 satellites with infrared payloads for the U.S. Space Force’s Space Development Agency (SDA)
