Sea Drone Technology Will Transform Naval Warfare

​On July 17, 2023, two simultaneous blasts tore through the Kerch Bridge, temporarily disabling the only overland link between Russia and occupied Crimea and denting a prestige project for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
