CANADA/UNITED STATES : Spy balloon incursion highlights NORAD intelligence capacity shortcomings

​North American Aerospace Defense Command, NORAD, has had a busy month, taking down what was understood to be a Chinese spy balloon on 4 February and intercepting Russian military aircraft on 13 February (IO, 16/02/23). Those incidents have highlighted the modernisation challenges facing
